Building Permit Fee:

Plan Review Fees:
For commercial projects, excluding projects for governmental agencies, with an estimated project value over $50,000, a Plan Review Fee will be due upon acceptance of the Building Permit Application. The Plan Review Fee shall be one-half (1/2) the amount of the Building Permit Fee, up to a maximum of $2,500. Upon issuance of the Building Permit, the Plan Review Fee paid shall be applied to the Building Permit Fee.
Checks should be made payable to the "City and County of Honolulu".
